Good Day Everyone - we hope you enjoy reading our February newsletter!

February/March Bookings – February and March are very busy months for dog daycare and boarding and we are currently booked to capacity for most of February through to mid-March. We do have a limited number of days that we can take new bookings. If you would like your pup to visit please put in your requests now.

We ask to please be prepared that we may not be able to help you on the days you want. We will try to find alternative days for you when possible. We have a cancellation list and if you wish to be added to it please let us know what dates/times you would like to book.

We appreciate everyone booking in advance and for your patience as we try to help everyone we can!

Family Day – February 17 – We are closed to the public Monday, February 17th for the Family Day holiday. We are booked to capacity for this long weekend (February 14 to 18) for dog boarding and daycare. We are happy to add your name to our cancellation list on request.

Pet Loss Support Group – February 24 – We are hosting a pet loss support group meeting on Monday, February 24 at 6pm. If you or someone you know could benefit from this meeting please visit our Facebook page under events and register to attend. This is open to the public (you do not need to be clients of ours) so please feel free to share this with anyone who needs support with their loss of a furry family member.

March Break (March 12-22) – We are booked to capacity for dog daycare and dog boarding from Thursday, March 12 through to Sunday, March 22.  At this time we will not be taking any new reservations on any of these dates.  If you would like us to put your name on our cancellation list please let us know.

A very big thank you to all our recurring daycare clients for confirming if you are/are not coming that week!

Price Increase – On April 1, 2020 we will be increasing our prices for all of our services and want to give everyone advanced notice what the new costs will be. We understand that price increases can be concerning. Please go through the attached pages and if you have questions please speak directly to Shawn and Sandy.

We have also included (with the new price details) our most updated information on how to book new daycare/boarding appointments, cancellations, boarding drop off and pick up times and more to help remind everyone of our procedures/policies. Please visit our website for more detailed information too!

Facebook – Have you visited our Facebook page? We keep you updated with news, weekly photos, videos, and events. Follow this link - www.facebook.com/TheePlaceForPawsPetRetreat to visit the page.

While you are there we invite you to write a review/recommendation – many new clients find us through Facebook and seeing your reviews really helps! Feel free to “like” anything on the page and if you have questions you can message us directly. Enjoy seeing all the fun we have around here!

Mark These Dates In Your Calendar – Please mark these dates in your calendars that we will have limited services or will be closed to the public. We will remind you of these dates in each monthly newsletter:

Friday, September 11 – daycare services available; grooming is available; all boarding dogs to be picked up

Saturday, Sept. 12 to Sunday, Sept. 20 – closed to the public (re-open for regular hours on Sept. 21)

There will be other dates throughout the year that are not listed here we will let you know about (statutory holidays for example). We will always keep you informed of these dates!

That’s all for now…thank you everyone for all your support and friendship – we appreciate it! Shawn & Sandy
